Tony Battersby is the Architect and Managing Director of BCS.
Collaboration is a key part of the design process at BCS, resulting in successful design collaborations with Australian and international architects on a wide variety of projects over the last 20 years.
Tony, as the Architect, has over twenty years experience in a diverse range of architectural projects in Australia and internationally. Tony has a passion for creating a “big idea” for projects. Tony utilises his talent for fast, potent sketch solutions, combined with a thorough construction knowledge, and is able to efficiently deliver creative design and detailed solutions to get the project delivered, at any stage of the architectural journey.
Tony has worked on a variety of projects in Australia and China. He brings confidence, commitment and energy to this work. His experience and drive contribute to the provision of sound professional outcomes benefitting clients and the community.
Dedicated to actively contributing to the profession, Tony has been on the Victorian Chapter Council of the Australian Institute of Architects as well as being a design lecturer and tutor at the Department of Architecture at RMIT.
