BCS in association with Hayball Architects

UAG acquired the former Vision Australia site in Macaulay Road in 2018. BCS is working in association with Hayball Architects to deliver 430 contemporary apartments over six buildings designed around a central courtyard. Landscape design is by Openwork, and which includes gym, swimming pool, water features, lush gardens and laneways, and pedestrian links creating a new scale of neighbourhood connectivity for Kensington.
