This McCrae Project is a renovated “fibro” beach house built in the 1950’s. We retained the roof, floors, walls, signature black classroom trusses and renewed everything else to create a modern entertaining space upstairs with the stunning view to the old McCrae Lighthouse and towards Melbourne City beyond. All of the mature gum trees on the site were retained and the lower level garden and carport has been transformed into a multi-purpose room, bar and swimming pool to complement this 5 bedroom home.
